TRAINING PROCESS

Training process

Recruiting type

The company will conduct recruitment of candidates based on mandatory criteria such as: occupation, age, appearance, style, expression... before sending the candidate's CV to the customer. The company only recruits candidates with a minimum of high school education

Interviewing candidates

The steps for direct selection are as follows:The steps for direct selection are as follows:
- Skills test: IQ (calculation), EQ (Judgement), personality test.
- Skills test: Based on the requirements of customers, we will organize an exam on the minimum necessary skills in the job.
- Direct interview with candidates: Customers will directly interview the participating candidates.

Training

As soon as the customer has a decision on recruitment, our company will conduct training in foreign languages, skills, and life orientation for interns.

Complete the profile

After receiving the necessary documents for the procedure to complete the exit profile of the intern. Our company will carry out the related administrative procedures. Progress will be guaranteed to be the fastest and in line with your exit requirements

Departure

The departure date of the intern will be decided by the Customer Regulation. We will ensure that the exit and entry schedule is in accordance with the requirements of our customers

After exiting

We will accompany interns and customers throughout the process of intern working in the receiving country and even after returning home.
